By accessing or using HerdMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
HerdMate provides a web-based herd management platform for goat farmers. Features include animal record keeping, health tracking, breeding management, milk production logging, and reporting tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You agree to use HerdMate only for lawful purposes related to herd management. You may not use the service to store or transmit malicious code, interfere with the service's operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
You retain ownership of all herd data you enter into HerdMate. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.
Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.
HerdMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
